RGM & Mom Family Rabbitry & Grandpa too!

We specialize in wool breed rabbits!

Winners Club! Earn credit towards the purchase of your next rabbit.

I was looking at the Cimmaron website the other day and saw this idea so I decided that we will do the same thing to promote the showing of Lionheads. I will post pictures of any winners on our website with the name and link to your rabbitry.

Here's the plan: When you buy a bunny from us, one that we've bred with RGM & Mom before the name (sorry can't do this with rabbits we are re-selling from other rabbitries), and show it. If you win BOB, BOSB, or BOV, BOSV send me a picture of your rabbit and either the show report or comment card and I'll give you a credit towards the purchase of another rabbit. BOB & BOSB are a $10 credit. BOV & BOSV are a $5 credit.

RGM & Mom's Popeye SS Jr Buck - BOSV WCC Monterey Lionhead Specialty Show

BOSV Fresno Show 06/06/09 x 2 & almost got BOS

Lionheads (all of our LH's are Purebred and Double Maned)

We have BEWs now! If you are interested in a BEW or VM baby please let me know and I'll contact you as soon as they are ready. Check out our Lionhead page for pictures of our new BEW line.

 RGM & Mom's Brutus, BOV x 3 & BOSV x 2, Siamese Sable Junior buck - $60.

Dam: Cottonwood's Olive x Sire: Legendary Hot Shot (pics of both parents are on my Lionhead page.

I went back and forth on this guy because every time we show him and his brother (littermate Popeye) the judges seem to flip flop on which one they like best. I'm pretty sure he's gotten BOV at least once, but I'll have to check my records to be sure. The final decision was made when Popeye got BOSV at the WCC Monterey Lionhead Regional Specialty show. He's a little smaller than his brother, and has slightly better type but Popeye has a bigger mane and I think that gives him a leg up. This little buck is a lot cleaner than Popeye and I almost want to keep both, but you can't keep them all!

RGM & Mom's Silk - Tort Black Junior Doe - Bunny Hutch's Hi Tec x Mossy Possum Paisley (Sired by Johnny Blaze).

Silk is a cute little doe with a nice clean break. She looks very much like Paisley, her mother. I have her priced at $80 & will be showing her at the two San Bernardino shows in June. I still haven't convinced myself to sell her, but let me know if you are interested she is from awesome lines.

Olive's current litter with Mossy Possum Ponyboy is turning out awesome. She had 4, all does, Fuzzy, Wuzzy, Wuzza & Bear. We are watching two and selling two. They are all so nice it was hard to decide which to hold on to watch. Here are their pictures:

RGM & Mom's Black Otter Buck & Doe,

Black Buck, $60.

 Dam: Wonder's Lola x RGM & Mom's Junior

Lola has the nicest body on any of my JW's. She's got a good head and ears and good black otter coloring. Junior comes from a nice line with super heads that continue to develop into their senior age. This pair have produced 3 really nice black otters and a nice black. The otters are two bucks and a doe and the black is a buck. We will be selling the black buck and the otter doe/buck. I would love to keep two or three out of this litter because they are so nice but am really heavy on tans already.

As always we give a $10 youth discount.

Giant/English Angora Hybrid

On 2/11/09 our Lilac 1/2 Giant/ 1/2 English Doe kindled a huge litter of 8. They are by an English Angora Buck with super long white wool. These babies should get size, great density, and good length from Mom and size, great density and great length from Dad. Some of these babies will be for sale. Mom is 11 lbs and Dad is 6 lbs.

I'm hoping to be able to keep all of these cuties because I know they are going to be great wool producers! However, I would be willing to part with one of the black steel does for $100 to someone who wants a great wooler. The crimp on these guys is incredible (which is why I want to keep them) and their wool will be abundant because they should be about the same size as mom. Mom has a good amount of guard hair and the soft wool of the English Angora. These guys are the best of both worlds. At 7 weeks old they are roughly the size of our adult Holland Lops.
